Dr. Tricia Molina

Dr. Nagma Lott is a board-certified family physician and fellowship-trained geriatrician who has been caring for patients since 1994. She completed her family medicine residency and geriatrics fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, where she served as Chief Resident and earned multiple “Best Resident” honors. She is also a former Medical Director of an NCQA-certified patient-centered medical home.

Before joining Center for Executive Medicine in September 2025, Dr. Lott most recently practiced at Village Medical in Anthem, AZ, where she provided comprehensive outpatient care with a special focus on aging-related conditions, preventive care, and polypharmacy management. She previously cared for patients at Abrazo Medical Group in Glendale, and earlier in her career spent over a decade serving communities in Georgia.

While practicing in Plains, Georgia, she had the distinct honor of caring for former President Jimmy Carter and former First Lady Rosalynn Carter during some of their final years. Her commitment to thoughtful, proactive medicine mirrors the philosophy behind former President Carter’s own long life and dignity in aging.

Known for her attentive listening and clear communication, Dr. Lott believes in empowering patients through education and care plans they feel confident in. Her calm and respectful demeanor has made her especially beloved by senior patients and family caregivers.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Lott enjoys hiking with her husband, swimming, travel, mosaic art, and crocheting.
